Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to perform basic math and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders by phone or in person.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain composure under stress.
• Work with team to ensure quick, accurate order fulfillment and delivery readiness.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and support store operations as needed.
