Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in-store. Immediate hire with flexible scheduling and the option to choose short or long shifts. Part-time and full-time hours are available—work the shifts that suit you.

You will take orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service while staying composed in a fast-paced environment. Must be 16+ and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders over the phone or in-store.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Work well under stress and follow directives in a fast-paced environment.
