Job summary

Lapels Cleaners in Katy, TX is seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will greet customers, manage the front counter, and assist with order drop-off and pickup while maintaining a neat store appearance.

We offer a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time positions and no prior industry experience required. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude helps ensure excellent customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with friendly demeanor.
• Willing to learn store processes and product knowledge.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain front counter area for a neat and clean appearance.
• Assist with customer drop-off and pickup of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing questions.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy at all times.
• Sort, examine, tag clothing for orders.
• Support production with quality assurance and bagging.
• Work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
