Job summary

Lapels Cleaners in Katy, TX is seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will greet customers, manage the front counter, and assist with order drop-off and pickup while maintaining a neat store appearance.

We offer a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time positions and no prior industry experience required. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude helps ensure excellent customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive in-store experience.

• Ensure cash drawer accuracy at all times.
• Sort, examine, tag clothing for orders.
• Support production with quality assurance and bagging.
• Work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all customers in the store with a positive experience
• Maintain general housekeeping of the front counter area to ensure a neat and clean appearance
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• Sort, examine, mark-in, and tag articles of clothing for each customer order
• Assist production with quality assurance, bagging, and racking as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision
