Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at 4030 South Emerson Avenue in Indianapolis. You’ll be the first contact for customers, take orders, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling orders with a friendly manner, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and supporting inventory and team collaboration. Must be 16+ and eager to learn; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
