Job summary

RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at 985 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly, professional service and accurate order taking.

Duties include taking orders, maintaining clean, safe work areas, upholding brand standards, and helping teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
