RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores, seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for part‑time hours at 107 E University Ave. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company and participate in team initiatives. Role emphasizes excellent service, positive attitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
