You will handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries, resolve issues with empathy, process orders and returns, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
