Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for Manteno, IL. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and chat with professionalism to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

You will process orders, returns, and exchanges, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software.
• Identify and escape priority issues when necessary.
• Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
