Domino's Pizza is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Michigan (Ypsilanti area). You will take orders in person and by phone, handle customer concerns, upsell where appropriate, and ensure food safety and quality.

The role includes stocking, inventory, and operating in-store equipment while maintaining a friendly team environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within the store as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Take orders over phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns and upsell when appropriate.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Stand/walk for shifts and handle food preparation duties as needed.
