Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via web, email, and phone, routing to the right department.
• Handle multi-line phone system with active listening and clear communication.
• Ask clarifying questions to gather detailed information for next steps.
• Learn services, locations, and org structure to direct customers and qualify leads.
• Use routing tools and internal docs to make accurate lead routing decisions.
• Enter and maintain customer and lead data in CRM with complete records.
• Follow procedures for lead intake, qualification, documentation, routing, and escalation.
• Follow up with customers to obtain missing information for routing decisions.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions including escalations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Learn new processes to support evolving business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
