CSRs handle loan applications, payments, and inquiries, delivering professional service and building relationships with customers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in consumer finance or as a cashier.

• Communicate account status clearly and professionally to customers.
• Solicit new business while supporting existing relationships.
