Job summary

National Finance Company, Inc in North Carolina is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our friendly, family-owned team. The CSR will assist customers with loan applications, payments, and inquiries, maintain organized records, and communicate clearly with clients to support lending operations.

Work hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, totaling 35 hours per week, with paid vacation, sick leave, and about 10 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle cash and payments.
• Experience with loan documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and identify yourself by name.
• Process loan applications and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
• Communicate clearly with customers about accounts and status.
• Solicit new business while supporting existing relationships.
• Ensure the office is organized and welcoming.
