Pacific Production Plumbing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Plumber – Lead Technician to serve the San Diego area.

The Lead Technician will represent the company while addressing plumbing warranty and customer-service issues in newly constructed tract homes and will communicate daily with homeowners, builder representatives, supervisors, and field personnel to diagnose problems and complete repairs professionally.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pacific Production Plumbing is currently accepting applications for an experienced Customer Service Plumber – Lead Technician serving the San Diego area.

The Lead Technician will represent Pacific Production Plumbing while addressing plumbing warranty and customer-service issues in newly constructed tract homes. This position requires daily communication with homeowners, builder representatives, supervisors, and field personnel to diagnose problems and complete repairs professionally and efficiently.

Location: 1584 Pioneer Way, El Cajon, CA 92020

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing warranty issues in newly constructed homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and builder representatives.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field personnel to resolve service requests.
• Identify recurring plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete assigned service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and follow-up requirements.
• Operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for one week approximately every four weeks.
• Provide leadership and technical support when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of new-construction plumbing installation and repair.
• Previous plumbing service, warranty, or lead technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude and excellent customer-service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and field personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable under the company’s vehicle policy.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
