Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry / Customer Service associate for on-site work at our Sunrise, FL location. You will handle order inquiries, respond to phones, and resolve client questions to ensure efficient service.

The role requires active Pharmacy Technician licensure in Florida, prior pharmacy experience, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and ECM/Frameworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Clarify orders as needed
