What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Care

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Answer a busy multi-line phone system, triage calls, and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Counter & Cashier Duties

• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter (OTC) products.

Administrative Support

• Help with patient follow-up phone calls and maintain organized records.
• File paperwork, sort mailers, and handle other clerical tasks as needed.

Pharmacy Workflow Support

• Assist staff and technicians with organizing prescriptions and restocking shelves.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including end-of-day cleaning duties.
• Provide general support wherever needed to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
