Job summary

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the branch, assisting customers with loan applications, payments, and account questions. You will greet customers in person or by phone and collaborate with the team to meet branch goals.

We offer FT non-exempt employment with hourly pay of $13.00–$14.00, monthly bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
• Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
