Job summary

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Marietta, GA branch. You will greet customers in person and by phone, process loan applications and payments, and help manage customer accounts with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.

Summary

Monthly Bonus Incentives

All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
