RTX is seeking a Customer Service Outbound Repairs Manager in College Park, GA to lead a team of CSRs and oversee service center operations. The role focuses on data tracking, notifications, and collaboration across divisions to improve quality and delivery status.

The position requires a university degree with at least 2 years of relevant repair administration experience, and SAP experience is preferred. This is an onsite role with comprehensive benefits and security requirements.

The Customer Service Outbound Repairs Manager works with customers and may serve as face of the organization as a leader of a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Includes full accountability of the workforce. Oversees the operations of one or multiple business segments or product groups within the Service Center.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
• Experience with MRO or similar industry repair administration management.
• Experience with direct or indirect leadership within a previous role.
• Subject matter expert in repair administration management preferred.
• SAP experience.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
