Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers in person, by phone, or electronically at 320 Broadway St. This full-time position requires memorized knowledge of the menu, friendly communication, and accuracy in processing orders.

You will help prepare food items, maintain store cleanliness, and handle inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude. Training is provided, and candidates should have strong verbal and numeric skills for cash

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to process orders accurately and quickly.
• Cash handling and basic math should be comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Memorized knowledge of our menu.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers.
• Help in preparing of food products.
• Help keep the store clean.
