Job summary

Corona Cigar Company is seeking a customer-focused associate to join our team in New York. You will help customers select cigars, handle orders, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across in-person, phone, email, and chat.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and comfort with physical tasks and standing for long periods. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to support store operations.

• Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products for fulfillment.
• Assist in inventory counts to maintain stock levels.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized cigar recommendations and outstanding customer service
• Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders
• Manage orders, including processing refunds and exchanges
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more
• Perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure product accuracy
• Verify product codes and counts for correctness
• Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products as part of order fulfillment
• Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
