This phone-first role focuses on helping customers, answering questions, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. Previous experience in phone-based customer service, retail sales, customer support, or order processing is preferred. We're looking for someone who is a quick learner, communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. Cigar knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

A flexible schedule - including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Phone Support & Customer Service

• Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Place phone orders and assist customers with product selection.
• Initiate outbound calls to maintain customer relationships and ensure needs are met.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and order adjustments promptly.
• Communicate clearly across phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
