Job summary

Ampco Pumps Company in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support internal staff and customers. You will process orders, compile quotations, and handle customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Responsibilities include guiding orders, communicating via phone and email, and using ERP for data entry and quotes. A high school diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing CS is required; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Ampco Pumps is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps used in the food and dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our growing team! The Customer Service Representative is a self-motivated individual whose primary responsibility is to assist internal staff and customers by processing orders, compiling quotations, and handling customer service-related inquiries.
