Job summary

ONICON Incorporated in Largo, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide timely support and enter orders into our ERP system, maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will coordinate with sales, production, and service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and proactive communication on inventory, orders, and shipments.

Responsibilities include handling calls, learning our products to recommend solutions, generating invoices and credits, and ensuring data

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 2+ years’ experience in a technical Customer Service environment.
• AA or AS degree in business or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Navision or similar ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into ERP system and communicate order confirmation to customers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process customer demands and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide updates on inventory levels, order status, and tracking.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Develop knowledge of products to provide right solutions for applications.
• Generate invoices and credit memos for customer orders.
• Coordinate with sales, territory managers, service personnel, and production.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative provides timely customer service support to the organization by obtaining and analyzing customer order information in an accurate manner, and provides corrective action as needed to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders into ERP system and communicate order confirmation to customers
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers
• Process customer demands and ensures accurate order fulfillment
• Provide updates on inventory levels, order status, tracking, service contracts, and repair orders
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Develop fundamental knowledge of products to ensure customers receive the right solutions for their applications
• Generate invoices and credit memos for customer orders
• Liaise with sales representatives, territory managers, service personnel, inside sales engineers, and production departments
• Create and maintain customer records with accurate account information
• Produce domestic and international shipping documents
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

• Moderate to advanced skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with customized databases and service support programs

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School graduate with 2+ years’ experience in a technical Customer Service environment.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision is a plus (or equivalent CRM & ERP systems)

Physical Demand(s):

• Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time
• Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment.
