Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and process order information.
• Maintain customer relations via telephone communications, quotations, sales orders, and communications.
• Communicate with internal departments concerning sales orders and customer concerns; provide feedback for improvements.
• Provide feedback and ideas from continued program improvements.
• Be familiar and compliant with the Crown Quality System and how it relates to this position and Crown quality objectives.
