Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Blending Business Sales Managers and customers from our Technical Center in Jerome, Idaho. You will serve as the primary contact for orders, inquiries, and product availability, ensuring accurate and timely communication across production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and shipping teams.

• Customer service and order management experience or related background.
• Ability to coordinate with production, logistics and sales teams.
• Knowledge of order processing, shipments, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, order confirmations, revisions and shipments with accuracy.
• Maintain customer sales projections, forecasts, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate samples, shipments and related documentation.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation as needed.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues,
• provide status updates and ensure requirements are met.
• Support cross-functional teams for on-time order fulfillment and scheduling.
