Hannaford in Exeter, NH, seeks an experienced Store Department Manager to lead operations, uphold quality and safety, and deliver exceptional service. You will drive departmental performance, develop staff, and ensure strong customer engagement.

You will hire and train associates, meet financial targets, maintain appearance, manage inventory, and utilize company tools (MPP, scheduling, and reporting) daily. A college degree or equivalent and food safety certification are preferred.
