Job description

Position contingent upon contract award

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service support, scheduling, processing requests, and assisting with Government conferences.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide opening procedures, including posting conference schedules at government facilities.
  • Begin phone service immediately following opening procedures.
  • Support customer service by staffing a desk to generate Products & Services requests and respond to customer inquiries, including tracking requests.
  • Integrate service order requests and assist conference attendees.
  • Provide notary services.
  • Oversee key management and control.
  • The Customer Service Manager or their approved designees must be present during business hours (0600-1800). After hours or weekends, they shall be physically present within two hours of incident notification if emergency response is required, and be available by telephone 24/7, including holidays.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of management experience overseeing customer service operations.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph.
