Public Storage is the self-storage industry leader seeking a Property Manager to serve customers at multiple locations. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help customers choose solutions that fit their space and budget.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, cash handling, and assisting with payments and collections while working a flexible schedule between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends until 5pm. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service from retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based settings.
• Ability to travel between properties using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Must be able to transport items up to 35 pounds and work in outdoor/indoor environments.
• Flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm; weekends until 5pm.

Aufgaben

• Assess customer storage needs and make product and packing/supplies suggestions.
• Sell packing and moving supplies to customers as needed.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections when required.
