Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a wholesale manufacturing company in the Sevierville, TN area to hire a Customer Service Manager at $18/hour. This full-time, temp-to-hire role supports customer inquiries and order processing.

You will lead a small team (1-3) of customer service professionals, handle high-volume order entry, track ship dates, and maintain lead tracking and dealer applications. Strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
• 2–3 years in an office setting.
• Manufacturing/administrative background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Provide suggestions over the phone.
• Receive and enter all orders for the customer.
• Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process.
• High volume order entry.
• Maintain lead tracking sheet on monthly basis, prepare credit memos and return authorizations, and send out new dealer applications.

• Providing exceptional customer service & support via telephone, email, and in person inquiries
• Providing suggestions over the phone

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• 2-3 years in an office setting.
• Previous customer service or inside sales is preferred.
• Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus.
• Personable and detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task, while having little supervision.
• Previous logistics experience is a plus as well
