Qualifications

• Perform high-volume order entry.
• Maintain a monthly lead tracking sheet; prepare credit memos and return authorizations; issue new dealer applications.
• Oversee a team of 1–3 customer service professionals.

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• 2-3 years in an office setting.
