Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the Customer Service Department. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining departmental objectives, managing sales and account support functions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through various activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and promote departmental goals through planning and supervision.
  2. Implement and maintain procedures; analyze and enhance efficiency and service.
  3. Monitor and analyze effectiveness reports to improve department performance.
  4. Oversee order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cut-off times, and communicate with Sales Management.
  5. Identify and communicate sales opportunities to maximize sales penetration.
  6. Hire, train, manage schedules, conduct reviews, and hold team accountable.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 3+ years in customer service or call center roles

Skills:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to satisfy customer needs through communication
  • Experience managing and motivating staff
  • Proficiency in MS Office; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle crises effectively
