Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to support the Hazardous Waste Division. This role collaborates with customers, sales, logistics, transporters, and internal teams to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of hazardous waste, chemical, or environmental services experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and knowledge of

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste, chemical, or environmental services.
• Customer service and client-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations preferred.
• Hazardous waste and logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support external customers and work closely with the sales team.
• Serve as the primary contact for logistics support.
• Manage logistics contracts and coordinate transportation requests.
• Negotiate transporter rates and coordinate customer waste movements.
• Communicate customer needs to internal technical teams.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
