ABOUT AARDVARK AUTO GLASS

Aardvark Auto Glass is a mobile windshield repair company based in Camp Verde, AZ. When customers damage their windshield driving on the roads of Arizona, We go out to help them fix or replace their windshields.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The customer service manager is a part time role ( about 20-25 hours per week ) where you will be answering incoming calls from customers and helping them resolve their problems. Customers will call you when they are in middle of the road stranded to come and help them with their windshield - And customers will also call you when they need insurance claims processed. Most of the times these customers will call you - They will be annoyed because they are dealing with a problem they are not liking to deal with. It is your job to stay calm, cool & collected - And also help them feel at ease. You are not to give them any attitude - As that would reflect very poorly on our company

SCHEDULE ( On - Call )

This role requires you to be on call 7 days per week because we do not know when the calls will come in. They can come in on a Saturday at 5 pm as well. We are looking for someone who would like to have this income in addition to another part time freelance job that they have

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customer calls when they come in
  • Process insurance claims ( you will be trained )
  • Keep all documentation organized
  • Attend monthly trainings in Camp Verde, AZ

CAREER ADVANCEMENT

This is a new position & we are looking to eventually make this a full time role. Down the road as we grow you may even have junior customer service associates reporting into you - And you will be managing them. We see the person in this role becoming the head of operations for the company eventually so that the owner of the business can focus solely on Sales & Marketing and keep growing the company
