Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee to gain on-the-job leadership skills in our state-of-the-art call center and empower reps to deliver legendary service. This entry-level management track offers hands-on training and real responsibility.

We offer full-time hours with 24/7 operation and set shifts; a bachelor’s degree is required. Expect wage between $29 and $34 per hour with strong growth potential and tuition assistance.

Position Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.
• Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
