Uline is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee at our California Branch in Ontario, CA. You will participate in an intensive training program to master customer service management and learn to lead a team delivering legendary service. This full-time, 2nd shift role offers on-site work and strong growth potential.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and show a proven customer-focused approach, teamwork, and attention to detail. Leadership experience is a plus and encouraged.
