Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee at our California branch in Ontario. This full-time, on-site role offers a comprehensive training program to master customer service management and develop leadership skills as you guide a team of reps to deliver legendary service.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
