What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services
- Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and facilitate the return of equipment
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle moderate physical exertion and work in varying environments
- Willingness to use protective gear when necessary
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Familiarity with the moving and storage industry
- Certification to fill propane and drive a forklift (training offered by the employer)
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate customers
