What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
- Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment requiring special safety precautions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or retail settings
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Basic knowledge of U-Haul products and services
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Interest in health and wellness programs offered by the employer
