Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate information clearly to others.
• Able to work as scheduled including days, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Rings up sales on cash register and handles payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers.
• Greet customers as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Assist customers with purchases and make recommendations.
• Operate fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine and telecom transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and conduct general housekeeping.
• Complete build‑to, merchandising, stock and signage tasks.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory and shift audits.
• Assist with scheduling, coaching and training of staff as needed.
• Follow company policies and dress code.
