Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work with equipment listed in the job description.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving on time.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to perform the four basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to work in the conditions described below.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers as they enter and thanks them as they leave.
• Rings up all sales on cash register, handling money and other payment types.
• Performs multi-function operations of fuel console and related systems.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reports safety concerns.
• Completes daily store reports and shift change duties.
• Supervises staff in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager.
• Coaches and trains new employees and manages staffing as needed.
• Maintains pricing signage and stock levels.
