State Farm agent team member in Conroe, TX is seeking a motivated individual to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will establish relationships, schedule appointments for the sales team, and help uncover insurance needs for clients.

The role offers a base salary of 36–42k with commission/bonuses that can exceed 60k, plus benefits and a 90‑day training program. Office hours are Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30, with no evenings or weekends.
