Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Orem, Utah, is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support our sales team and customers. This on-site role operates at our service center with hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service or inside sales; experience in industrial distribution a plus.
• Hydraulic, bearings, or power transmission knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, multitask, sense of humor.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills including Excel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• On-site position; relocation sponsorship not offered; US work authorization required.

What You'll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
