Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Russellville, AR is hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) to support our sales team and customers. This onsite role operates 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and focuses on timely, professional assistance with inquiries, quotes, orders, and problem resolution.

You will partner with Account Managers to source parts, process requests, and help generate sales while maintaining accurate records and excellent customer relationships in a

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales.
• Hydraulic, bearings, or power transmission knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills including Excel
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
