Domino's Pizza is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in NewTown to greet customers, take orders, and support in-store duties. This role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts and is open to individuals 16 and older.

The position provides hands-on experience in customer service and the pizza delivery business. You will join a team that values courteous service and accuracy while learning growth paths such as the Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• 16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear, friendly communication
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced team; some computer experience helps
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Responsibilities

• Answer every call on the first ring and take orders accurately
• Help customers with questions and resolve concerns
• Pitch in on in-store work: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking
