Job summary

Domino Providence is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for customers. You will take orders, guide guests through the menu, and support in-store duties while learning the pizza delivery business.

The role offers mostly evening and weekend shifts, with a wage of $12.80 per hour and a growth path through the Management Development Program. 16+ and authorized to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service agents are the first friendly voice our customers meet.
• Take orders and help customers through the menu.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer every call on the first ring and take orders accurately.
• Help customers with questions and resolve concerns.
• Pitch in on in-store duties: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking.
