Join Lowe's as a Customer Service Associate in Rio Rancho, NM. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a friendly shopping experience while supporting store operations.

This role offers part-time scheduling, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow. You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, processing orders, and restocking, with the chance to learn across departments and gain experience in customer care and home improvement products.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and math operations.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
