Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support store service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
