Our North Carolina Healthcare agents assist ResultsCX customers with various healthcare inquiries, including reviews and changes to insurance plans, screening, appointment scheduling, and helping members find in-network primary care physicians. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about relevant changes.

What do we do?

For example, one of our agents helped an elderly member who mistakenly used her monthly stipend for medical necessities on groceries, leaving her without funds for food. Our team coordinated to refresh her stipend and ensure she could buy groceries, demonstrating the real-life impact of our work. What should I bring to the interview?
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced ability to toggle between multiple systems during communication
  • Availability: Open between 9am-6pm EST, Monday to Friday
  • Pay Expectation: Starting at $13/hr during training, varies by program fit
