Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and support front-end duties as needed. You’ll be friendly, reliable, and ready to contribute to a clean, inviting shopping environment.

In this part-time, on-site role in Martins Ferry, OH, you’ll handle merchandise receive, stocking, cashier duties, and basic cashier math while delivering top-notch service and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely
• Merchandise and stock as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Manage sales transactions on the assigned cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Perform other duties as assigned
